  All contracts and agreements involving the University of Rhode Island must be submitted to the Office of General Counsel (in duplicate original) for review and approval before being submitted to the Vice President for Administration and Finance for signature. Please allow sufficient time for legal review. Contracts and agreements will be forwarded to the Vice President for signature once they have been reviewed and approved by General Counsel.
