Two words of advice: Keep smiling!
My personal motto is: "Stick with it, even when times are tough, tomorrow’s a new day."
URI is unique because: It is big but not terrifying! Just the right size and so close to the ocean!
My goal: To learn a lot, work toward my major and meet lots of people along the way.
My favorite food on campus: Frozen yogurt from Freshens.
My best URI moment (so far): Performing with the URI Dance Co. in our recital.
My biggest surprise at URI: Everyone is super friendly and willing to help if you ever need a hand.
My favorite place on campus (and why): The Rhody Market - a great place to study, hang with friends and eat yummy frozen yogurt!
On the weekends I: Hang out with my friends.
My favorite class (and why): I loved “Intro to Mass Media”- Professor Pantalone is awesome and so funny.
I selected URI because: The campus is beautiful. I grew up by the beach and didn’t want to leave the coast and it’s just far enough away from home.
I am involved in: URI Dance Company, College Republicans, Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society.
