GOAL:
Participate
in orienteering while learning about different navigation
techniques.

OBJECTIVES:

the parts of a compass, how it works, and how to use it.

out how to orient and read a topographical map.

about historical and modern navigational techniques.

familiar with geographical and navigational terms (terrain,

in an orienteering course to develop skills in taking a
