This beautiful country estate, nestled among 2,300 acres of secluded pine forest, murmuring brooks and pristine lakes, provides a unique and intimate setting for your wedding day.

Accommodating up to 130 guests with care and culinary perfection. You and your guests may arrive, enjoy time together and prepare for the long awaited day. Our main lodge's grand mahogany deck serves as a central meeting place, with Lake Eisenhower providing a scenic background for conversation and celebration late into the evening. After the wedding reception, our lake side campfire provides a nostalgic close to your special night. Our charming indoor settings accommodate weddings in the colder months.

Wedding Ceremony

We offer white wooden garden chairs for your lake side ceremony at a fee of $5 per chair.
For winter weddings, you may choose to have your ceremony inside Laurel Lodge in front of our grand fieldstone fireplace.
Ceremonies held lake side or in Laurel Lodge may be decorated with your personal touches.
All decorations must be approved by Whispering Pines.

Wedding Reception

Wedding receptions occur in a five hour block of time following the ceremony.
If you would like to extend the reception time, there is an additional $500 charge per hour and should be confirmed approximately one month before the event.

Reception Cocktail and Hors d'oeuvres

During cocktail time your guests will be served:

  • 5 hot/cold hors d'oeuvres selected from our carefully prepared list.

  • Deluxe International Cheese Board of domestic and imported cheeses, with assorted crackers.

  • Platters of freshly sliced seasonal fruits and berries, decoratively arranged and garnished.

  • Platters of crudites vegetables, freshly cut and served with tangy dip

Reception Dinner

Choose the right menu to compliment your tastes! Our chef prepares outstanding fresh cuisine for each wedding at Whispering Pines. Weddings of 130 can enjoy a plated service, while our stationed service can accommodate up to 180 guests. With your choice of so many dishes, you are sure to find the perfect meal for your perfect day.

After Reception Gathering

You and your guests are welcome to enjoy the Whispering Pines living room and deck or relocate the festivities to the lake side campfire. Change into comfortable clothes and wind down in Adirondack chairs while relaxing by a fire under the stars.

Bartending services may be extended until 12:00 midnight.
For liability reasons, all alcoholic beverages must be provided by Whispering Pines.

Wedding Pricing

Please call the office for detailed pricing information or fill out our request form so we can contact you with more information.

A 15% deposit and signed contract is needed to book the date. 35% deposit is due 3 months before the wedding, with the remaining balance due 72 hours BEFORE the wedding. All bills must be settled the day of the event.

Reserving Your Date

We are happy to hold a date tentatively for up to one week. After one week, a decision is required to book the date or release it.
