Alcohol and Full Bar Service

A cash or open bar is offered. Charges for an open bar are based on number of drinks consumed and subject to an 8% sales tax and 20% service charge. There are no fees for bartenders or set up during your reception time. Fees apply for after reception service if requested.

Bartender service is available until 12:00 midnight.

For liability reasons, Whispering Pines must provide alcoholic beverages.

Our Conference Center, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with the Rhode Island Alcoholic Beverage Commission's regulations. It is policy, therefore, that Whispering Pines must supply all liquor. No alcoholic beverages may be brought in from other sources. Our Conference Center reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damage to the premises will be charged accordingly. Whispering Pines cannot assume responsibility for the loss of or damage to personal property and equipment brought onto the premises.
