Family Photos

Here are Noelle and I at the Reservoir in Central Park.  Noelle and I have been a couple since 1990 when we met in graduate school orientation and we were married in 1995.  We both received our Master’s and Ph.D. degrees at the University of Missouri.  Noelle works as a project manager for the state of Rhode Island’s Division of Behavioral Health Care at the Department of Mental Health, Retardation, and Hospitals.

Here is our daughter Olivia Grace.  Grace has several pages devoted exclusively to herself you can visit by clicking on her name.

This is just a great picture

This is me and my son Chance from December 2007.  Chance lives in Tulsa, OK, but thinks Rhode Island is the “best place he’s ever been”.  I agree but note that he doesn’t pay taxes or observe the state political scene.  Chance likes to skateboard, and particularly to play his guitars.

Here is another oldie but goodie.

Recent Happenings....

Happy 18th Birthday Tiff!

In addition to our extended families in Oklahoma and Texas (Mark) and Illinois and Colorado (Noelle),  Noelle has been a “big sister” to Tiffany for the past nine years and we’ve had lots of fun with Tiffany and her family over the years.  This is a great picture of us early on!

This is more recent, what a great influence right? Yes, that's me in the hoodie!  Every once in a while I like to let my "hair" down!

Grace turned 3yrs old!

This isn't Chucky Cheese, but Grace liked her birthday dinner!

So much for the swanky meal, home for "dirt" cake, no wonder she looks confused...

Along with all the good times came a few challenges.  We recently had to say goodbye to our long time faithful friend Sierra after a battle with cancer and the ravages of old age.

Sierra had been a part of our family for the past seven years.  We adopted her at the Potter League Animal Shelter . She was a Rottweiller/German Shephard mix (we think) and pretty much the best dog in the world (in our unbiased estimation).

MUCH less challenging was seeing Frank and Karen move off to England so Frank could finish his PhD and for Karen to climb the corporate ladder. Best of luck to both.
