About Facebook

End-User Information and Materials License
By viewing or using information or materials from the Department of Art & Art History at the University of Rhode Island ("A&AH"), you agree to be bound by the terms below. These terms may be updated by A&AH periodically and it is the responsibility of the end user to keep informed of these updates.

A&AH grants end users a non-transferrable, non-sublicensable license to redistribute headlines, active links, or other information or materials specifically received from A&AH. All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights to A&AH shall remain the property of A&AH.
Use of Content
A&AH information or materials may not be displayed where:
1. Hatred is incited (based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or otherwise).
2. Misleading, pornographic, defamatory, or illegal materials are displayed.
3. Violence or illegal activity is promoted, encouraged, or facilitated.
4. FERPA or individual privacy rights are infringed upon.
End users must appropriately accredit all A&AH information or materials to A&AH. End users may not directly or indirectly assess a fee or charge for information or materials produced by A&AH or otherwise sell or commercialize A&AH content. Use of A&AH information or materials does not grant endorsement or approval to the end user, non-A&AH entity, product, or content.

The Italo Scanga Visiting Artist Fund was established with a donation from A&AH alumna Katherine Scanga and the Italo Scanga Foundation. Italo Scanga was an internationally renowned sculptor who taught at the University of Rhode Island.
