Internships
Many full-time and part-time internship opportunities are available for Communication Studies majors. Students are encouraged to enhance their career potential with quality internship experience. Our research reveals that internships are the number one predictor of job placement.
Full-time internships are coordinated with the Office of Internships and Experiential Education (URI Intern Program).
Part-time internships (1-6 credits) are coordinated by Professor Sharman Brown. A book of potential internship placements is available in the Communication Studies office. A searchable listing is also available here.
