Cost-Benefit Analysis
Fossil fuels are inadequate to support economic growth, e.g., China and India. Consider the recent growth of single owner cars in China. It is inevitable that focus will be on alternative fuels, among them nuclear energy. Here is your opportunity to weigh the costs and benefits.

Look at the cost of oil. Consider the instability of the Middle East. Consider who benefits from the decision of what fuels to develop. Consider the distributional effects.

Write a position paper on the pros and cons of nuclear energy.
