PART B: State the grounds on which your petition is based. Attach any supporting documentation.

For example, if you are petitioning to satisfy a Natural Science requirement wit a course that has not been approved by the College of Arts a nd Sciences ask for support from the chair of the department in which the non-approved course is taught. he or she should write a statement that in his/her opinion the course is appropriate to satisfy the requirement.
