It is important to pick your classes carefully. So, before signing up, check out the courses you are interested in using the list below. As you check them out, keep in mind the observation of one of our graduates who writes: "I have taken as many economics courses as the University allows. Some have been challenging, some have been engaging, but all have been truly educational." See which courses interest you, then feel free to stop by and talk with the Department's University College advisor or the Department's advisor (Art Mead). In addition to the Department's course offerings, some faculty also offer courses in the Honors Program and some courses are cross-listed with Political Science.
