Advising
The Film/Media program advisor is available to meet with Film/Media majors and minors to discuss a variety of issues and questions including the requirements of the major/minor, registration, general education and graduation requirements, study abroad, independent studies and internships. We are also happy to meet with any student who is considering the Film/Media major or minor to discuss the program.
Film/Media majors with less than 24 credits must meet with an advisor to remove advisor holds prior to registration. All Film/Media majors with more than 24 credits, and at least a 2.0 GPA, will be reassigned from University College to the College of Arts and Sciences. We urge even those students with 24+ credits to continue to meet with an advisor prior to registration to discuss your progress and class planning.
