“I knew that during my summers in college, I wanted to do something productive and challenge myself to step out of my comfort zone. I have never done research like this before, and not going to lie it did seem a little overwhelming at first. However, doing research was the best decision I could’ve made for myself this summer. Not only does it give me a great opportunity to work with other students and Professor Skip Mark, but it also opens up new doors and ideas in terms of a potential future career for myself.” –Jack Cox
