Relations
Public Relations is an interdisciplinary program that combines a liberal arts education with the skills important for a successful career in public relations.The departments of Journalism and Communication Studies jointly administer the program, which offers students the opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations or a minor.
Although students can declare the major when they enter URI, or at another point while in University College, acceptance into the major in the College of Arts & Sciences is by application only.
