4. describe and discuss at least three types of cables used in local area networks.
5. describe and discuss at least five topologies used in local area networks.
6. describe and discuss what a wireless network is.
7. discuss how a local area network can be used in a library/information services situation.
8. define wide area network.
9. give examples of international, national, regional, state and sub-state networks used by libraries.
