Annotations
Because it is very important that you gain
an understanding of the issues and challenges of multimedia and the technological
changes beyond the academic world of the classroom, you are to read fifteen
(15) current articles (post 1999) on topics of the course and write
an annotation for each article. Each annotation should be printed
in an approximately 4"x6" format using wordprocessing with
full bibliographic information using APA format. Another option is to
post your annotations on your personal website. The annotation should
be a maximum of 50 words using the style described in class. Topics for
the annotations are assigned and should be done on the date assigned (see
Topical Outline). The Topical Outline provides guidelines for submission
dates. Each annotation will be worth on (1) point toward your final grade.
When you have completed all of your annotations, you should list the citations
with annotations from 1 through 15 and submit the list. You will be graded
on the quality of the annotations, the variety and quality of the sources
used, and on overall quality of the articles selected. This grade will
be based on a five (5) point scale.
