2. discuss hardware standards for today's computers.

3. discuss various hardware and software options for today's computers.

4. exhibit an appreciation for ease of use and accessibility of computer today.

5. define mutlimedia, computer multimedia, hypertext, and computer hypermedia.

6. identify at least three hypermedia programs.

7. discuss at least three theoretical concepts regarding hypermedia.

8. discuss at least four practical capabilities of hypermedia.

9. discuss at least four advantages of hypermedia.

10. discuss at least two limitations of hypermedia.

11. discuss issues regarding education in the information age such as the digital divide and the factory model vs. the information model.

12. plan a hypermedia presentation using proper storyboarding and/or flowcharting techniques.

13. begin a new PowerPoint presentation and use proper techniques for inserting new slides and duplicating slides.

14. describe and produce PowerPoint slides with titles, backgrounds, bulleted lists, pictures, movies, sounds, and buttons.
