SEMINAR PRESENTATION (30% course grade) Brief the class on a program, activity, or issue of interest. A sign-up sheet with possible topics and their appropriate dates will be circulated at the first class session; to avoid duplication, cross off the topic you choose. If you come up with an alternative topic, present it for approval. If more than one of you would like to do the same topic, a team collaboration may also be approved. Whether you choose to focus on a program or an issue, your presentation will be substantive and will include your own thoughts, not just a bulleted list of links or high points from your readings. And although the appearance of an online presentation does count, it doesn't have to be fancy. At least 80% of your grade on this will be awarded for content, not glitz.
