How to Use the Applet

Dice Placement

Click and drag dice from rack to slot disks.
Pink dice can only be placed on the red disk, blue dice can only be placed on the blue disk and yellow dice can only be placed on the green disk.
Simultaneously place all the dice randomly on the disks (or randomly rearrange the dice) by clicking on the "Randomize" button.
Rearrange the dice by clicking and dragging.
Dice "dropped" outside a valid position on one of the disks are automatically placed into the rack.
Double-clicking a die which is positioned on a disk returns that die to the rack.
Double-clicking on a die in the rack will place that die at the first open slot in the appropriate disk, starting from the 12 o'clock position and proceeding clockwise.

Playing the Game

If all of the dice are positioned on the disks, you can play the game (i.e. spin the disks) by clicking on the "Play" button.

Display Expected Value

If all of the dice are positioned on the disks, you can display the statistics for the current configuration by clicking on the "Display Statistics" button.
