Program
Requirements
The B.A. in
French & Francophone Studies program requires a total of 30 credits
(10 courses above FRN 101 and FRN 102) in French, including a minimum
of two FRN
courses at the 400 level (with at least one among the following: FRN
412, FRN 473, FRN 474). The University of Rhode Island requires a
minimum of 120 credits for graduation. In addition, students must take
a minimum of 42 credits at the 300 level or above for the B.A. Students
can count for the French major a maximum of 15 credits in FRN
transfered from abroad or any other institution. All courses subject to
approval by the French section.
