German 111:  Intensive Elementary German I
Session I (June 21-July 10) 4 credits

Intensive Elementary German I .
This course is designed for participants who have not previously studied German. It is a comprehensive first semester course. You will be working on all four skills – listening, speaking, reading and writing. By the end of the course, you will be able to understand and respond appropriately to basic questions and statements in German and you will be able to read and react to a variety of basic German-language texts. You will also learn about German, Austrian and Swiss culture(s).
