ANNUAL AWARDS BANQUET

The end of every Spring semester brings the Annual URI ROTC awards banquet. It is a time in which the cadets hard work and dedication to the Army, the community, and the university is recognized. Local Army Reserve and National Guard Units select the cadet which most exemplifies it's ideals and recognizes that cadet with an award. Among the most prestigious awards given to a cadet include the "Cramer's Sabers" award which is awarded to one cadet each year by the Sister of the Late First Lieutenant Parker D Cramer whom which the battalion is named after. The recipient represents the ideal Army Officer: intelligent, decisive, compassionate, and dedicated.
