LEADERSHIP LABS

The leadership labs are "hands on" training involving skills that are learned in the classroom. These labs consist of Basic Rifle Marksmanship (BRM) preparation, Land Navigation, the construction of a one-rope bridge, rappell preparation, Squad Tactical Exercise (STX) and various other outdoor training. The labs are lead by one of the Junior cadets who is being evaluated by a fourth year cadet or member of the cadre. These labs are a great way to see what ROTC does without incurring any obligation and taking up very little of your time.
