DANIEL SALAZAR is a highly regarded concert artist who has performed as recitalist, concert soloist and chamber musician throughout Europe, Mexico, Spain and the United States. Praised for his sensitivity and the scope of his programming, his venues include the American Academy in Rome, Lichstenstein Palace in Prague, the Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw, Wienawski Concert Hall in Poznan, Minsk Academy of Music in Belarus, the Artist’s Palace in Vilinus, the National Museum in Malta and the Instituto de Bellas Artes in Morelia, Mexico.

He has appeared at numerous festivals in Spain and Mexico and his performances on international television and radio in eight countries have reached millions. In his appointment as a United States Artistic Ambassador, he toured Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union as a soloist and masterclass instructor. Mr. Salazar has recorded three compact discs on the SGP label: Malaguena , featuring Spanish and Latin American music for solo guitar and guitar with orchestra; Daniel Salazar, and Mosaico, featuring guitar combined with Latin/world rhythms.
