String Week 2003

During the second week of July we held our first (hopefully) annual day program for strings called "String Week"

Under the fabulous direction of Daniela Gongora, with invaluable assistance of Meg Winters and Katie Papini, we had 13 young players of violin and cello, and 1 amazing violist who spent 4 hours a day for 5 days making music together.

The week culminated in a performance on Friday which included several pieces for the full ensemble and chamber music for various small ensembles.
