Lynn Pasquerella is Professor of
Philosophy and Vice Provost for Academic Affairs.
She received her Ph.D. from Brown and joined the
department in 1985.
She is a past recipient
of the University of Rhode Island's Teaching Excellence Award
and has published extensively in the areas of theoretical and
applied ethics, public policy, and the philosophy of law.
She is a Fellow in the White Center for Ethics and
Public Service, and the recipient of numerous teaching and
research related awards.

Pasquerella has recently taught PHL 314: Ethical Problems in
Society and Medicine, PHL 430, Philosophy of Law, and PHL 490,

Her current and foreseeable responsibilities preclude
her participation in teaching in the Philosophy Department. |
