Undergraduate Conference Attendance

Funding for student travel and lodging is often provided by the Hope and Heritage Fund, available through the Arts and Sciences Dean's Office. Many thanks to President Robert L. Spring 2004

Thirteen undergraduate and one graduate student received funding to attend the annual meeting of the Eastern Psychological Association in Washington, DC.

Spring 2003

Six undergraduate and one graduate student received funding to attend the annual meeting of the Eastern Psychological Association in Baltimore, MD.

Spring 2002

Six undergraduate students received funding to attend the annual meeting of the Eastern Psychological Association in Boston, MA. Our Psi Chi President, Autumn D. Alpert, received a Regional Psi Chi Research Award for her poster presentation.

Spring 2001

Fourteen undergraduate students received funding to attend the annual meeting of the Eastern Psychological Association in Washington, DC.

Spring 2000

Fifteen undergraduate students and four graduate students received funding to attend the annual meeting of the Eastern Psychological Association in Baltimore, MD. Ten of our undergraduate students presented their research at this professional psychological conference.

Fall 1999

In October, Psi Chi and the Psychology Club presented a symposium at the Eleventh Annual Conference on Social Psychology in New York. The symposium was entitled, "Research, teaching, and technology: A panel of undergraduate students speak about how to prepare for applications to graduate school."
