Congratulations to Dr. Lisa Weyandt!

Dr. Lisa Weyandt is Professor of Psychology. She is nationally and internationally recognized for her research concerning attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and her work with executive functions.

Dr. Weyandt, along with Principal Investigator Dr. Anastopolous from UNCG and Co-PI, Dr. George DuPaul from Lehigh is currently conducting an NIH grant sponsored project to investigate developmental trajectories of college students with and without ADHD. She recently completed a two year grant-sponsored project with SHIRE to explore the effectiveness of vyvanse, a stimulant medication, with college students with ADHD. She is the author of "The Physiological bases of cognitive and behavior disorders" and "An ADHD Primer." Dr. Weyandt enjoys working with undergraduate and graduate students and recently received the Faculty Mentoring Award from the College of Arts and Sciences.
