Manivone will complete her 12-month clinical internship in August at Wright State University: School of Professional Psychology. She has already been accepted for a prestigious position as the World Health Organization's first-ever mental health consultant for Laos. Manivone, who will receive her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Rhode Island, holds an M.D. degree from the National University of Laos School of Medicine and a masterís degree in public health from Boston University.
