Health and Well-Being

There is the misconception among some Cameroon men that AIDS doesn’t exist. Some people believe that "local herbs" prevent disease transmission, and feel safe having unprotected sex and buying women in prostitution. Although health workers try to educate the population, they are sent by the government, which some people disbelieve.
