Completing an Assessment Reporting Form

The University of Rhode Island requires all undergraduate and graduate programs to submit the following NEASC-compliant assessment reporting form. A useful document that helps programs complete their assessment reports is our Criteria and Guidelines for a Well-Developed Assessment Report. This document includes information about how to fill out each column of the reporting form, and provides examples of evidence of student learning, as well as methods or processes commonly used to evaluate this evidence.
