If anyone is having  problems with the United Health coverage, you can contact Susan Mischler. She is keeping a log of the problems that are occurring.

United Health Customer Representatives for State Employees

The following representatives are located in Warwick and will assist
members that are having problems as over payments on
prescriptions/drugs,
emergency room services, Doctor visit co pays, explaining your benefit
coverage, Billings etc. Please have your United Health Card and your
bills,
invoices ready at the time of your call. Do not call the 800 number on
your
Health Card call these numbers instead.
