The URI Crew Club was founded by a unique group of individuals, and has survived through both good and bad times due to the dedication, commitment, and creativity of its members. The coaches, officers, and members of the Club should never lose sight of their obligation to uphold the values of the founders, and should respect the efforts of those before them whose hard work helped establish and carry on the Crew's proud tradition. Additionally, it is expected that each member and their coaches will strive to leave the program better than they found it, so future generations can dedicate themselves more to fulfilling their potential, and less to making ends meet. |
