Reservations

Thank you for your interest in reserving your recreational facilities. Before completing the facility request form, please review the following pertinent information to guide you through the reservation process. Two-Week Advance Notice
To process paperwork and acquire the necessary approvals, we require a minimum of two weeks advance notice. Any request not providing two weeks notice will only be considered if staff time permits. Large events may require more than two weeks notice. Members are always welcome to join existing open recreation without a reservation.

Special Event Availability
Groups may hold special events during select evenings, Saturdays and Sundays. All of the facilities are typically occupied during the week with departmental programs, Intercollegiate practices; Kinesiology classes; open recreation, intramural sports and club sport practices.

Additional Fees

  • Services for URI custodians; electricians and lands and grounds fees will be charged depending on the nature of the event request.
  • Personnel fees will be charged for special events that are held outside of the facility's hours of operation in order to monitor the event and maintain facility operations.
  • Depending on the type of equipment and set-up requirements, an additional fee may be charged.
  • Aquatic events may also be assessed with additional fees.
