
Mackal Fitness Center
The URI Recreational Services Fitness and Wellness Program is dedicated to providing quality fitness and wellness programs aimed at promoting good health opportunities for the University Community. Programming features include a fitness center, a wide array of aerobic and specialty classes, wellness workshops and opportunities for personal training and fitness assessments. Each of these areas are designed to help improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance, improve flexibility and become better educated on fitness and wellness components.
ACADEMIC YEAR (September through mid-May)
