Group Fitness Schedule

The fitness schedule is now available. The schedule is comprised of two 5-week schedules. You can purchase a pass one session at a time or both sessions together. 

Group fitness classes will be held at the Mackal-Keaney-Tootell Complex. You must have a current membership and a Group Fitness pass or purchase a single-session pass to take part in any group fitness class. The current class schedule is posted at the bottom of this page.

 

Mackal Group Fitness Programs provides FOUR SESSIONS of aerobic and specialty classes including a FREE WEEK of classes prior to each session.  Space is limited, so register as soon as possible. 

ONLY University students, faculty, staff, alumni and/or their spouses are eligible to enroll in Mackal group fitness classes on a paid basis.

FREE WEEK: Prior to the start of each session, Mackal Fitness Program offers a free week of all the classes on the aerobics schedule. This gives everyone an opportunity to check out our classes and see how much fun they can be!

FREE WEEK:
March 24th - March 30th
