
Group Fitness Schedule
The fitness schedule is now available. The schedule is comprised of two 5-week schedules. You can purchase a pass one session at a time or both sessions together.
Group fitness classes will be held at the Mackal-Keaney-Tootell Complex. You must have a current membership and a Group Fitness pass or purchase a single-session pass to take part in any group fitness class. The current class schedule is posted at the bottom of this page.
| Mackal Group Fitness Programs provides FOUR SESSIONS of aerobic and specialty classes including a FREE WEEK of classes prior to each session. Space is limited, so register as soon as possible.
ONLY University students, faculty, staff, alumni and/or their spouses are eligible to enroll in Mackal group fitness classes on a paid basis. FREE WEEK: Prior to the start of each session, Mackal Fitness Program offers a free week of all the classes on the aerobics schedule. This gives everyone an opportunity to check out our classes and see how much fun they can be!
