Ram Computers is the university owned technology sales and service center located in the Memorial Union. We sell and perform in and out of warranty service on a variety of popular vendors, including Apple, Dell, HP and Lenovo. The Help Desk mission is to improve the URI student experience by providing excellence in tech support to members of the URI community. Our priority is customer service. Our main goal is to resolve client issues on initial contact. When a ticket is assigned we will track the ticket until the issue is resolved.
