 I am pleased to share with you the FY 2009 CELS CARES Request for Proposals: Integration of Cooperative Extension with Research. This RFP solicits 2-year proposals with an expectation of supporting 2-4 projects at $50,000/year. Importantly, we seek proposals that integrate outreach with research. As the RFP indicates, “The goal of this integrated program is to identify and apply critical knowledge that will help stakeholders and citizens address problems faced in our state, region and nation today.”
