Kingston, a historic village in the town of South Kingstown sits just a few miles west of Narragansett Bay. The area around campus is largely rural, but Wakefield and Narragansett, both just a few minutes to the south, Warwick to the north and Newport just across the bridge, offer all the resources and amenities of a suburban area like those found closer to a major city.
