Beach Pea

Trailing vine with dull green oval compound leaves and pink to lavender pea-like flowers on stout upright stems. Flowers bloom June through August followed by two-inch fruit pods. Prefers full sun. Tolerates salt and sandy to gravelly soil. Native to RI. 1-3' x 1'.
