Similiar to Photinia prunifolia. Upright multi-stemmed shrub. Leaves dark glossy green above, fuzzy gray underneath, changing to red or purplish red in autumn. White flowers in clusters open in early spring. Red berries persist into winter. Tolerates a wide range of soils. Full sun to half shade. Native to RI. 6-10’ x 3-5’.
