Carolina Rose

Deciduous thorny shrub with fragrant pink flowers. Blooms in late spring. Dark green foliage turns yellow in fall. Bright reddish orange edible rose hips persist into winter and attract birds. Prefers full sun and tolerates both dry and moist soils. Native to RI. 4-5’ x 5-6’.
