Sporobolus cryptandrus

Sand Dropseed

A warm season perennial bunchgrass. Leaves are narrow green blades 1/8 inch wide. Tolerates sandy soil, re-seeds well following drought. Somewhat salt tolerant. Full sun. Threatened /endangered in CT and NH. Native to RI. 24-30”.
