Schizachyrium scoparium

Little Bluestem

Large ornamental grass. Slender green leaves turn brilliant orange in fall. Seed heads persist into winter. Full to part sun. Tolerates heat, dry sandy soil. Native to RI. 24-36” x 12-18”.
