Charles Dubuc is currently the Renewable Energy Coordinator for the tri-state area of MA/CT/RI. He has worked for USDA/Rural Development for more than 33 years with stints in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He works out of the Amherst, MA state office but is stationed primarily in Warwick, RI. As renewable energy coordinator, he has primary responsibility for the administration of the energy programs of Rural Development. The focus of these programs is to provide funding for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. The energy programs also focus on the development of biofuels. Mr. Dubuc received a BS degree in Plant Science from Rutgers University in 1976 and an MBA from Bryant University in 1986.
