”Transforming the Built Environment Using Sustainable Practices and Revolutionary Technologies”
Connie McGreavy & Norm Cook, RI Green Building Council
Today, any new or existing structure should strive to be “Green by Design”. This workshop will give you an overview of green building standards and advanced building technologies for your home or business. Specifically, you’ll learn how sustainable building standards are being defined by the US Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design “LEED” program, what constitutes best construction practices and durable products, and what’s going on nationally/locally in terms of incentives to go green.
