1. Education Ph.D., 1974, University of South Carolina-Columbia (Geology) I
am primarily a field geologist specializing in coastal, braided river,
and various glacial environments. I
have 35 years of field experience in New England, South Carolina,
Alaska, Iceland, Saudi Arabia, Madagascar, Ecuador and Mexico. My
current research interests focus on:
