  • Mia Pasquerella (BS ' 02) works in the regional office of the USEPA in Boston, MA.

  • Melissa Hayden (BS '01) is pursuing and MS in the Dept. of Plant Soil Science at the University of Vermont - Burlington. She married Tim in the fall of 2002.

  • Congratulations to Shawn Barron (BS '95) and Laura Smith, who were married in Vermont in the fall of 2002. Shawn and Laura live in Long Island, NY.

  • Congratulations to Mark Strynar and his wife, Mary, who welcomed their second child, Sarah Elizabeth, in November of 2002. Mark recently finished his Ph.D. with Jean-Marc Bollag at Penn State and is a Physical Scientist at the USEPA in North Carolina.

  • Andrea Bixby (BS '01) is a Soil Conservationist in the Warwick, RI office of the Natural Resources Conservation Service.

  • Dr. Mary Savin (MS '95, PhD '99) is an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Plant and Soil Science at the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville.
