Grants and Professional Conference Opportunities
CELS undergraduate students have been
highly competitive in receiving independent student research grants.
We strongly encourages and support our students to apply for these
funds.
Students also have many opportunities
to present their research findings at regional and national scientific
meetings. In many cases, student travel and registration fees are
supported either by the sponsoring professional society or by a
