Application Process
To apply to the URI Chinese Language Flagship Partner Program, you must first apply for admission to the University of Rhode Island. Visit the URI Admission Page for an application and more information. Applicants to Flagship are encouraged to apply to URI prior to the URI Early Action / Merit Scholarship deadline of December 1. The URI deadline for the general Freshman Application is February 1.

No prior knowledge of Chinese is necessary to apply, although it is helpful. Visit this page to see if you meet the Chinese Flagship requirements.

High school seniors already admitted to the University should apply directly to the URI Chinese Langauge Flagship Partner Program to be part of the 2012 Cohort.
